I guess the title says it all. If anyone knows what the story is behind that building, current status (obviously it is boarded up), but you know what I mean. Anything really I would appreciate.
Sorry I missed this. The property owner has engaged a developer to redevelop the property into residential and retail. The timeline might be a couple of years out though. Hope this helps!
