I have a few suggestions.. I think putting a few items in the KSl free classifieds and in the for-sale classifieds might be a good way to bring people to your marketplace. Also, serving coffee and beer (maybe spiked coffee, haha) would be a…"

"I love the industrial character of the district, especially the brick. However, I feel that giving the city power ,such as having them impose a design requirement, forces an identity. Maybe they could provide incentive for using brick material on…"

Do you own a business or property in the Granary District? And if so, what business or property?
What would your ideal neighborhood look like?
My ideal neighborhood would be a place where change is allowed and maybe even seen as a good thing. *gasp A place free of design guidelines and perfect sidewalks; maybe dirt or wood chip paths. A place where I can choose a mode of transportation other than a car and enjoy the experience. A place where everyone can roam about no matter their circumstance, blind, deaf, "handicapped", old, young, everyone. I think our current system caters to upper class, "normal" people and punishes those who have trouble driving or paying for a car.
