The Granary District

Creating walkable, urban, human-centered neighborhoods in the Granary District.

After our last coffee klatch to decide on a mission statement and design for Granary Row, we came up with a brochure (above).

It's been useful in explaining the overall mission and objectives of Granary Row as we've met with partners and City officials.

Just wanted to post it in case anyone would like to access it. The attachement to download is here: trifold.pdf

Also, as we work on Granary Row, we're going to start working on a pilot project for a mid-block weave (another idea that came out of the charrette). So please stay tuned for more details as we'd like to get as as many people's ideas and involvement to get the best product possible for the neighborhood.

The plan looks great, but are there any tenants lined up?

Some businesses have expresses interest for sure, and we're going to start actively marketing and recruiting in Jan when we're approved and ready to start building, but we are having some preliminary discussions now.

Do have any ideas for compatible vendors? A coffee shop seems like a service that would be very successful here.
